The Magic Chest Cosplay Competition is a fun competition event with renowned cosplayers as judges to score your points. Participants who are under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult and all participants are required to follow our guidelines and code of conduct or you'll be disqualified.

Judging Criteria & Scoring
Our goal with the Cosplay Contest is to create a fun, welcoming space where everyone can enjoy embodying their favorite character. While we are honored to have three renowned cosplay superstars as judges, this competition is designed to be inclusive. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cosplayer, everyone will have the opportunity to shine and enjoy the spotlight. To keep the judging simple and fair, our judges will focus on two main areas:
Costume Craft & Effort
Innovative interpretation or unique elements added to the costume. (Readily-available costumes are accepted!)
Essence of Character & Presence
Evaluates how well the participant captures the personality, mannerisms, and spirit of the character through their performance, presence, and overall portrayal.
Note: Each judge will evaluate participants based on the criteria above and make the final decision on the winners using their years of judging experience and expertise.

What Are The Dates & Start Time?
Aniverse: White Day Cosplay Contest will commerce on March 14th at 1:00PM PST at Entry 3 of Tsawwassen Mills, Delta.
What Is The Entry Fee?
It's 100% free! And yes, there's no strings attached. We just want every one to have fun!
What If I Changed My Mind To Dress Up As Another Character?
You are welcome to change to whichever character you want to dress up as, as long as you followed our guidelines and rules.
What Kind Of Characters Can I Dress Up As?
Our event is called Aniverse: White Day Cosplay, so we love for you to dress up as an anime character. However, that's just our recommendation and you can dress up to be whoever you'd like! We just want you to have fun!
What If I Am Unable To Attend After I Register?
We know sometimes life can get in the way, but if you seriously can't attend after you have registered, please do let us know so we can adjust our plans accordingly.
